★T.O.S★Hello! Thank you for your interest! Please read below for any information you need about my commissions, if you have any questions that are not answered in my T.O.S please feel free to contact me at [email protected]★General★-My commissions are all digital, no art will be printed/mailed. Digital piece(s) will be emailed to the email address provided by the buyer. Again, no physical/tangible item will be created.
- I have the right to post any commissioned art to any/all of my social medias. This includes Twitter (X), Instagram, Twitch, Ko-Fi, Etsy, ect. If you do not want your art posted publicly, please notify me before I begin your commission.
-Please allow up to 48 hrs for me to reply to any questions you may have. I only answer emails/inquiries during my art work hours. (See schedule below). I do not just "chat" or "become friends" with anyone online, I am only available to complete work you have requested of me. Thank you!
- I will not copy, trace, or mimic another artist's style.★What I will draw★Furries

Anything depicting violence, hate, racist, sexual misconduct against ANYONE (this includes children and animals), anything discriminatory, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, abelist, etc. This includes misandry!★Cancellations/refunds/corrections and edits★-I have the right to refuse any commission at any time from anyone. This includes no/lack of communication, pestering, begging, inappropriate or rude remarks/behavior. If I feel uncomfortable completing your commission, I will issue a refund based on the work that I have completed.
-Edits need to be made in the sketch phase. I want you to be happy so please don't be afraid to let me know if something isn't working. That being said, an excessive amount of edits will result in extra charges.
-No edits are allowed after work has been completed.
-I am always happy to issue a 100% refund before the work has been started. (Please allow 1-2 days)
-Refunds will not be given after work has been completed.
-Partial refunds can be given depending on how much work has been done.★Permissions★-If you would like to obtain commercial rights to your commission, I require an extra 50% of the quoted commission price. This needs to be discussed prior to the commission process.
- None of the art I create may be used in any form of block chain related technology. This includes NFTs and AI.
-Please do not copy, trace, or modify my art.
-You canNOT use my art for commercial use, publication, money gaining purposes, advertisement, business, merch, product distribution (unless we have come to an agreement beforehand).
-You CAN use your commission for your social media icon/profile picture or wallpaper/banner, Twitch schedule, or personal wallpaper. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask!★ETA★-Turn around time is 3-5 business days.
-If there is any reason your art will not be completed on time I will let you know ASAP.
-Any rush orders are accepted for an extra cost
-If you need your art by a certain date, please communicate this to me BEFORE purchasing so I can make sure we can work together on the delivery date.

A: Commissions vary by complexity but turn around time is usually 2-3 days.Q: Can I pay you extra to draw something that is against your T.O.S?
A: Complex blood/gore, mecha and backgrounds are okay to ask, I will consider it but do NOT ask me about anything else listed.Q: I don't have a reference sheet, can I still ask you for a commission?
A: If the design is very simple and you provide a detailed description but complex pieces I will need a ref sheet. We can work together to design a character just for you! Don't hesitate to ask.Q: Can I print out my commission for personal use?
A: Of course! Just please do not mass produce or sell. If you want commercial rights please discuss with me beforehand.
